| Duties: | The primary job duties of this position will be to:
� Must have a thorough understanding and experience in Army analytic processes, simulations, and tools used to support major acquisition decisions.
� Must have knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.
� Must plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the Contractor to ensure that contractual requirements are accomplished within time limitations and funding constraints and with the prescribed priorities.
� Ensures all activities are compatible with the current and projected models and simulations to include the linkages of Live, Virtual and Constructive simulations in an integrated or federated architecture.
� Handle protocol issues between senior leaders.
� Manage, organize and coordinate senior level management meetings and briefings
� Provide briefings, reports, and presentations as required.

| Qualifications: | Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Operations Research or related scientific/technical discipline.
Minimum Qualifications:
� Minimum 7-10 years of Operations Research.
� Minimum 7-10 years of Technical Management.
� Minimum 5-7 years of Army Studies and Analysis.
� Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technical concepts in a complex environment supporting Army models and simulations, analysis, scenarios, and experimentation.
� Will provide senior-level technical management and oversight in support of Army operations research, systems analysis, systems design, software and systems development, systems integration, application development, test and evaluation, research and development, training and user support documentation, and study director accreditation for the interactive wargaming and stochastic simulations.
� In addition, must have experience in the conduct and management of Army Analysis of Alternatives as described in the Joint Concept Integration System (JCIDS).
� Management experience must encompass Army Analysis and Evaluation and basic accounting management, Experience in the application of Combat XXI, OneSAF and other constructive and virtual M&S is preferred.
� Prospective candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, highly complex environment and operate independently.
� Strong background in Army M&S, studies and analysis, and event planning, integration, and execution is preferred.
� Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
� Subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
