| Description: | Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Senior Simulation Engineer to serve as a Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Integrating Architecture Team Member for the Mission Training Complex at Ft. Bliss, TX, coordinating and managing the Trideum LVC-IA support to Training Support System (TSS) for the NSC and PEO STRI.

| Duties: | As a Simulations Engineer, you will use your skills to:
� Provide management support and planning, synchronization and integration support to the Ft. Bliss, TX MTC for LVC activities.
� Lead planning and integration activities to prepare and transition an integrated LVC environment for mission command training events.
� Enforce the establishment and adherence of processes and procedures that track activity performance, schedule, and products to include ensuring that all resource allocations can be tracked to specific requirements.
� Responsible for designing, leading, and managing the integration of a LVC environment that supports technical and operational requirements.
� Responsible for development and publishing key LVC planning and coordination documentation.
� Must be able to communicate effectively with LVC members and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
� Provide briefings, reports, and presentations as required.

| Qualifications: | Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Minimum Qualifications:
� Must have 7-10 years of general computer engineering or systems programmer/analyst experience
� Must have 5-7 years of Military Simulation, experimentation or event support experience
� Must have 3-5 years recent experience in integrating M&S capabilities
� Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technical concepts in a complex test and evaluation environment.
� Familiarity with the LVC Integrated Architecture, Systems of responsibility may include One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF), Battle Command Staff Trainer (BCST), and/or the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability - Entity Resolution Federation, (JLCCTC-ERF) systems; Familiarity with High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) interoperability; Experience in the application of M&S and live instrumentation in training and experimentation preferred.
� Must possess ability to undertake different technical tasks at short notice.
� Experience in interdisciplinary work environments, and proven track record of successful work in cross-functional teams that consist of engineering, network, operations research and computer science SMEs.
� Prospective candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, highly complex environment.
� Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio. Linux, Java and C/C++.
� Security+ certification is required; Computing Environment (CE), Network+, CMSP and/or PMP certification is preferred.
