Description:Trideum Corporation has prospective openings for a Senior Systems Analyst to provide Test and Evaluation planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).

Duties:The primary job duties of this position will be to:

� Analyze results generated from data collection during test events and assist the government in preparing test reports.
� Support Data Analysis Working Groups (DAWGs) by ensuring that suspenses and jointly agreed actions are established.
� Perform accreditation analysis for the Modeling and Simulation Accreditation Report (MSAR).
� Maintain a long range plan for M&S plans and assessment methodology to include test venues, scenarios, and threat.
� Update and maintain configuration control of the Team Baseline Correlation Matrix (BCM) and Data Source Matrix (DSM) in Microsoft Excel.
� Prepare post test analysis presentations after each system-level test event.
� Support the government in conducting Effectiveness Analysis to include, but not be limited to, analyzing data of detect, track, engagement, intercept, negate, and battle management functions.
� Support the government in conducting Suitability Analysis to include, but not be limited to, analyzing data of reliability, availability, maintainability, supportability, and ILS.
� Support the government in conducting an assessment of the survivability for all newly developed BMDS elements and review and assess survivability studies for existing BMDS elements.
� Participate in data reduction and analysis of test events and modeling and simulation runs.
� Propose BMDS data requirements for all system-level test events.
� The applicant will support the preparation of briefing charts/slides, briefing notes, talking points, calendars, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications:Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Research from an accredited university.

Minimum Qualifications:
� Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Acquisition program management experience.
� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Analytic Experience with responsibility for an acquisition program.
� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Prior military or industry analytic experience.

� The Senior Systems Analyst must have held more progressively responsible positions in the management of acquisition programs and be experienced in both R&D production or the deployment phases of acquisition programs.
� The applicant must possess sufficient familiarity with modern qualitative and quantitative analysis tools to apply to the solution of problems and to provide guidance to subordinates on the selection and use of such tools.
� The applicant must possess managerial or supervisory experience sufficient to ensure positive direction of subordinates and be familiar with systems integration techniques, system trade-off analysis, and/or program planning.
� The applicant must have experience as the team leader of an acquisition project, and an additional experience practicing analyst responsible for functional area of an acquisition program.
� Past experience in missile or missile defense systems is preferred.
� The applicant shall have a current Department of the Army recognized security clearance at the SECRET level and be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance.
� Minimal travel required

Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents� receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
