Description:Trideum Corporation has a prospective opening for a Computer Programmer to provide software development and database management for Test and Evaluation planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).

Duties:The primary job duties of this position will be to:

� The Computer Programmer shall develop, populate, and maintain the content of unclassified and classified team Web sites on the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).
� The applicant shall develop a website using the MDA network infrastructure and other resources for the hosting of the site.
� The applicant will maintain a list of personnel authorized to access sites, obtain and maintain test documentation, briefings, and other files from test team members, develop a Web-based interface to BMDS databases on the SIPRNet, develop additional Web-based functionality and develop and maintain help manuals for hardcopy and/or on-line access.
� The applicant will also train team members in the use of the website and team databases.
� The applicant will support the population, maintenance and configuration management of team databases.
Qualifications:Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum Qualifications:
� Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Computer programming.
� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business or manufacturing application
� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Database design and operation

� The Computer Programmer shall possess three or more years� experience in business or manufacturing applications, data communications, systems software, communications software, and database design and operations.
� The applicant must have knowledge and skills in one or more of the following areas: C, C++, Java, and J2EE technologies, HTML, CGI, Perl, JavaScript, CSS, ASP, or SQL for webpage design and/or maintenance.
� Expert-level skills with web publishing and graphics software, such as Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Photoshop, WEBTrends, FTP, and Visio. Design, implement, and maintain databases using various software applications.
� Additional skills include a working knowledge of SAS programming with an emphasis on data step processing, SAS/Macro, PROC SQL, SAS/Graph and a working knowledge of IBM/MVS, UNIX, MS-DOS, Windows, Lan, Word Perfect and MS Office.
� The applicant shall have a current Department of the Army recognized security clearance at the SECRET level and be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance.

Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents� receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
