| Description: | Trideum Corporation has a prospective opening for a Test Designer Mid-Level to provide Test and Evaluation planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).

| Duties: | The primary job duties of this position will be to:
� Produce the OT&E chapter for input into the Integrated Master Test Plan.
� Participate in the development and review of BMDS test event specific plans/process.
� Participate in test design and planning reviews and other test planning working groups in order to provide notes and input to the government.
� Develop test planning materials and analysis tools for each phase of the test process and document observations using approved data collection forms.
� Design approved model scenarios of validated operational scenarios to support the development of the test concept, test scenarios, and OA report and plans.
� The applicant will support the preparation of briefing charts/slides, briefing notes, talking points, calendars, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

| Qualifications: | Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a technical field from an accredited university.
Minimum Qualifications:
� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Test Design of DoD systems.
� The Test Designer shall be extremely familiar with the test design function of DoD user testing.
� The applicant shall possess a credible background in Army T&E. Specific knowledge of US Army missile or missile defense systems is desired.
� Other requirements include knowledge of databases and database manipulation and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
� The applicant shall have experience and knowledge in the System Evaluation process, including; purpose and objectives of T&E; knowledge of T&E terms; T&E planning process; T&E event planning and coordination; Evaluation planning; Evaluation Development; Evaluation Strategy Development; and evaluation milestones.
Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents� receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
