| Duties: | The primary job duties of this position will be to:
� Support the government in the preparation of technical reports, technical assessments, EXSUMS, briefing charts/slides, briefing notes, talking points, and manages, and distributes the calendars.
� Maintain a schedule of key events and dates in Microsoft Project.
� Produce the OT&E chapter for input into the Integrated Master Test Plan. Participate in the development and review of test event specific plans/processes and develop a Plans/Continuity Handoff Book for all test events.
� Maintain configuration control of the team issue sheets, timelines, and action items. Support the government in preparing the Modeling and Simulation Accreditation Plans (MSAP).
� The applicant will support the preparation of briefing charts/slides, briefing notes, talking points, calendars, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

| Qualifications: | Educational Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a technical field from an accredited university.
Minimum Qualifications:
� Minimum 5-7 years of experience in System development and/or testing of US Army/DOD systems.
� The Senior Systems Engineer shall be extremely familiar with system development and/or developmental and operational testing of US Army/DOD systems or BMDS/missile defense systems.
� Prior experience in the management of acquisition programs and experience in both R&D production and the deployment phases of acquisition programs is desired.
� Technical knowledge and previous test and evaluation experience with missile or missile defense systems is preferred.  
� The applicant will provide support to leadership for document preparation, editing, coordination and configuration control of reports, assessment plans, analysis plans, timelines, and actions.
� To accomplish these tasks the applicant must possess competence in MS Access, MS Excel and MS Project.
� The applicant shall have a current Department of the Army recognized security clearance at the SECRET level and be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance.
Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents� receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
